Whole-Self-Care Rituals

These practices are based on my book, Care of the Whole Self: Yoga-Inspired Practices for Befriending the Self, in which I encourage setting aside just a few minutes each day to transform your life. These morning, afternoon, and evening rituals are designed to be accessible for all. You might start out with one time of day, or if you are able, try all three. Remember, this is YOUR practice—take that which you can stay consistent with.
